Reserved Instances Usage

All regions are scanned for EC2 instances and Reservations, which are matched.
This tool uses multiple AWS accounts according to the consolidated billing/consolidated buying (RI!) pattern.
NEW: please take a look at convertable RI's and the fact that they are RI's are regional, not linked to a specific AZ anymore.
